Who are dental electives for?
Both dental students looking for an elective placement and overseas-qualified dentists who want UK clinical experience, including those preparing for GDC registration through the ORE or LDS. A clinical elective is supervised, observational experience and does not by itself count toward the GDC's qualifying clinical hours.
